GenomicContextualAllele represents an allele at a location on a GenomicReferenceCoordinate. For each different GenomicReferenceSequence, a new GenomicContextualAllele would be created, and these would be aggregated at the SimpleCanonicalAllele level, along with any TranscriptContextualAlleles.
