InternalPosition

InternalPosition defines one end of a ReferenceCoordinate as a location that is internal to the corresponding ReferenceSequence.

Scope and Usage

InternalPosition is the standard subclass of Position, used when the Position is within the ReferenceSequence.

Exclusions and Limitations

Attributes

InternalPosition defines no Attributes, and inherits the integer attribute index from its parent Position.

InternalPosition is a subclass of Position.
