Scope and Usage
ReferenceCoordinate represents a particular contiguous location at which different alleles may be defined with ContextualAllele. NucleotideReferencCoordinate is a ReferenceCoordinate where the underlying reference sequence is a NucleotideReferenceSequence. NucleotideReferenceCoordinate is abstract.
